Close to Marbella and good value. Great for a group Positive: Very big, great for a big group Comfy beds Lots of bathrooms Nice pool Attentive staff Large communal areas Negative: Parking was difficult Close to highway so quite noisy There was a leak (but this was managed very well by the staff)

The villa is great for a get together. Spacious living areas and great outdoor dining space. Great extras such as speaker etc. Eva helped us organise a private chef and a group yoga session and private massage for my aunt on her birthday which I highly recommend. We really enjoyed our stay. Some little negatives to be aware of but would not stop us from visiting again....-anywhere within walking distance must be reached by walking on a very busy highway (behind barriers) but it's scary and we opted for taxis -taxis find it hard to find the villa so uber is easier as it picks up your location but is more expensive. -some areas could do with some tlc, mostly the pool area. - it's already noted that there are lots of steps up/down to the villa. Wasn't a problem for us younger ones but the older ladies found it to be a struggle when trying to carry their luggage or rubbish up to the bins.

Pleasant stay Positive:  · Greeting Ladies were professional and warm Nice rooms and wonderful outdoor area and pool Good location with easy access by car to local Lidl shop and marbella (10 minutes drive) Good security in place Negative: 39 steep steps up and down to the villa:- difficult with heavy bags and one older person in our group. No AC in large sitting room/lounge TV not working with internet (Prime/Netflix/Apple anything smart) One of the Cooker hubs and oven not working (Thankfully had two sets and the outdoor BBQ - but this was a little Cumbersome with a group of 8). One bathroom had unpleasant smell. ANother one didn't have an air vent and had lots of little midgets hovering around.
